I usually shop the store in Carlsbad and they are always very helpful. I do frequently run into issues there, where they don’t have my shoe size 11 wide. They always offer to order the shoe for me. When I go to the store, I prefer to leave with the shoes and not wait for delivery. Sometimes I settle for a lesser shoe that they happen to have in stock.

I'm getting back into running after an extended ankle problem and went into the Carlsbad store expecting to buy some stability shoes, because I've always worn stability shoes. But they analyzed me and fitted me with a great pair of neutral Hoka's and some custom insoles. What a difference! First two runs felt great. Had I not gotten analyzed, I would have bought shoes that made my ankle feel worse. Thank you so much for the analysis! I'm excited to be able to run again!

Wow !!! Outreach by Andrea Kooiman has been amazing!!! Not only did she help me in her spare time to find the best prices on a new run watch... but she helped me find the PERFECT shoes (again in her off time) with research out the ying yang... and on top of it, told me about the amazing Try and Return as needed policies!!! So clutch! Thanks Road Runner for having such an AWESOME employee who seriously spent hours helping me out, just out of her love for running and the Road Runner team.
