House buying, in my case, was a bit of a tricky road to navigate. Rob Ferraro with Element Mortgage really gave us the time and energy to get the best outcome for our situation. No matter what questions, or how much frustration or uncertainty came his way from my end, he was always there to talk me through the process with knowledgeable explanations and patience in spades! Don’t get Rod. Ask for another person. It was not a pleasant experience. He would take a long time to get back with you when you had a question or concern. Did not like to put anything in an email or text. Very evasive about things. Our closing date changed twice due to him. Would ask for a documents or wire transfers at the last minute, like when banks were closing and it would be impossible to do so.
• Rob is kind, friendly and knowledgeable, professional. • He told us when we first moved, that the spouse needed to get a job and that only an offer letter and start date was needed. Then a month later, we were told that I to show income. Then a week or two later, we were told that we/I had to show 4 weeks of income.
