Don’t get Rod. Ask for another person. It was not a pleasant experience. He would take a long time to get back with you when you had a question or concern. Did not like to put anything in an email or text. Very evasive about things. Our closing date changed twice due to him. Would ask for a documents or wire transfers at the last minute, like when banks were closing and it would be impossible to do so.
• Rob is kind, friendly and knowledgeable, professional. • He told us when we first moved, that the spouse needed to get a job and that only an offer letter and start date was needed. Then a month later, we were told that I to show income. Then a week or two later, we were told that we/I had to show 4 weeks of income. We never understood why we couldn’t get a mortgage in just my husbands name. • We’d upload documents to the portal and then he (or the bank would ask for the document(s)) again.
