RecommendedRockstar Garage Doors came out and fixed our 1983 garage door on our condo in Santee. Fortunately for us the initial diagnosis (by the “new guy”) was incorrect and when the owner came out to make the repair, not only did he discover the incorrect diagnosis (saving us $300), but that whoever fixed it last fixed it incorrectly and added springs where non were needed, taxing the motor even more. Awesome work, super fast and friendly service! He did a great job fixing our garage and it was an afforadable price.
Ryan was amazing! He called BEFORE the allotted time frame to let us know thathat it would be closer to 1 pm than 11. Once he arrived, we showed him our problems and he explained in detail what needed to be done and the cost of each repair. He was friendly, knowledgeable and NO pressure! We will use Rockstar again if the need arises.
