Outstanding response and work. The old Operator Drive Unit circuit board burned out when we had an unscheduled power outage. Rockstar responded and installed a new unit and drive rail within 24 hours. ***** was here when promised and worked efficiently to install the new unit. He finished within the original completion estimate given. Their pricing was great, and they recognized my veteran service. Their name says it all - they are truly Rockstars!
We were very pleased with our whole experience with Rockstar. **** came out to give us an estimate, and even suggested the option of keeping our old door but putting a new opener on it. His estimate was a little higher than another we got, but when we compared the details of the materials listed, theirs seemed far superior.
