From initial phone contact to installation of a new *********** garage door opener, the installer from Rock Star was on time, personable, knew his trade and guided me through all the technical stuff about my new opener. He even saved me money a few times. I have used this company in the past to reinforce my garage door. Great timely service.
Came early and fixed the problem and gave me advice and suggestions.
My garage door spring broke after only about 3.5 years of use. RGDS came right away and replaced the spring with a much higher quality spring which should last for 10 years. They also lubricated the hinges in the door, and while not perfect (not their fault, it's the best outcome short of buying a new door and I blame the original installer for me having to replace the spring so soon - never use ****** for garage door installs or closets!!), it's much better than before
They were well priced, polite. efficient. *****, our installer was very nice, professional and did a great job. I highly recommend this company.
