They are very personable & knowledgeable about doors, motors, *************************** I purchased a brand new ******************* with keypad in April 2022 from Rockstar & had it serviced last week for my yearly maintenance. Jobs are always performed in a timely manner & done right the first time. Prices are also excellent. I would highly recommend Rockstar for new product installation, maintenance & any repairs needed.

Rock star provides responsive and excellent customer service.We have a very nice old style flip up, redwood, garage door.Rockstar was able to adjust and balance door and springs properly.Recommended upgrading the motor ILO replacing the entire door.Work was done in a timely manner and at a very reasonable cost.Would highly recommend.

I used Rockstar a year ago. They had done such a great job that I decided to use them again. I called them on Jan 2nd, and they were backed up, but set an appointment for the 3rd between 2 and 4. I was told that the service person would call before he arrived. Sure enough, he did. I was expecting at least a $1500 job. ***** got there and he looked things over and told me that the total would be $229 and sure enough, he finished in about an hour and charged me $229. My rental needed a new garage door. Even though I dont live in the state, they were called and replaced the door in a timely manner after deciding on which door and look I needed. Now its been over a year since replacement and I am on site. I noted a couple items that needed to be addressed - a key pad and repositioning of interior opener. I called to arrange for such Rockstar came the next day and handled everything. I am so pleased with this company and their service.
