RecommendedThe team at Rockwall Urgent Vet was great. I brought my dog Hannah in when she ate a toy and couldn’t pass it. They were compassionate and kept me updated throughout her stay. All of the staff was very friendly and continued to love on my Hannah bear throughout her stay. We just moved to Forney recently and when our senior dog was really sick and we couldn’t drive her to her vet we were referred to Rockwall Urgent Care. We ultimately made the heart breaking decision to put her down so she wouldn’t die in too much pain. We choose them over her regular vet because they allowed me and my daughter in the room and ours didn’t. They were so caring and understanding. We lost our beloved Rough Collie unexpectedly on a Sunday morning. Our regular vet was not open, so we called them and brought his body there. They took great care of him and the private cremation we had done came back with an amazingly beautiful presentation. A lock of his hair, paw and nose prints along with a clay paw print. Rockwall Urgent Vet helped my dog quickly and compassionately when he got an eye injury after our normal vet hours. Couldn’t be happier with the service, and absolutely could tell they care about their patients!
Rockwall Urgent Vet saved our Zoe and we are forever grateful for them! It’s been a month since her emergency surgery with Dr. Sandy Lomeli and her staff and she is doing great. Zoe suddenly developed GDV and was very sick. Dr. Lomeli said with her age and having GDV in general her prognosis wasn’t good. I am so incredibly thankful for the care our little one received from this facility. The love she got on top of the medical care made me feel so much more at ease and the frequent updates with the photos to reassure me that she was doing better meant so much as well.
