It’s decent I’ve been here for about 2 months and it’s been great. The complex is quiet (aside from the lawn mowers on Tuesday’s), pet friendly. 3 things I’m not happy about. 1. The closets. For a 2 bdrm 2 bath I have 1 hallway closet and it doesn’t have racks. So I have to keep my linen in vacuum bags until I figure out how/where to put them. The bed rooms have 2 closets each but 1 top rack like the hallway closet. 1a. The walls are cheap; Sheetrock. I have a cat and I know my neighbor below is tired of this cat having the ... read more

Serenity I have lived at rockwood for about a year and I absolutely love it here.. its quiet, the grounds are kept clean, maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely manner, the communication between management and tenant is on point.. I would refer rockwood in a heart beat.

Lots of Space, Clean and Safe I am very picky and particular about where I live and I have had a really amazing experience here. I moved in during the pandemic in August of 2020 without being able to tour the unit. I have a 3 bed/3 bath unit and I love that the bedroom walls don’t touch. My kids and I have space and privacy, each with our own room and bathroom. The grounds are well kept and service requests are handled timely. Best place to stay in Delaware...! We have stayed in Rockwood apartments for last 10 years and we have built great memories and we will highly recommend any future tenants as the apartments are clean, no rats/bed bugs, awesome management, quick resolution of issues, awesome portal to track community updates, pay rent online etc. The best thing of all they have kids play area, swimming pool and fitness center..Cherry on the top..!

Awesome staff and an awesome place to live! We moved into the Rockwood development in May of 2020, and we couldn't be happier. We love the apartment itself, the amenities it offers (pool, gym, laundry in the units, quick repair services, etc.), and the attentive and beautiful landscaping of the development. Great Place to Live I love my spacious apartment! Where can you live in an apartment with 3 FULL baths, washer, dryer (in a separate laundry room), dishwasher, microwave, and other stainless steel modern appliances. I live in a ground floor apartment so I have a cute patio big enough for my plants, a couple chairs, small table, and my electric grill. Great Place Rockwood has been on my list for a while and I didn't want to look anywhere else! The application process was quick and easy, and the leasing consultants are friendly and great to work with. The apartment itself is wonderful, spacious place and it was really clean when my roommate and I moved in. This is my first apartment and I wouldn't have it any other way :)

Great Apartment Complex! Rockwood is a great aparment complex, and I would highly recommend. I have lived at Rockwood for a little over two years in an existing construction 3 bed/3 bath unit and have had just about as positive of an experience as one can have. Couldn't be happier! My wife and I just signed a two year lease for a 2bed 2 bath existing construction model and could not be happier! Robin went above and beyond for us after the original unit we were going to be renting became unavailable due to the tenant pulling back their notice and looking back I am beyond happy with the unit we ended up moving into! We had an issue the first week with our dishwasher and they had someone out within a day to check on it and then they came back and fixed the issue entirely the following... read more
