Rockwood Rockwood is a great place to live. It's very quiet. I have been here for two years, and jus singed another two year lease. When I came to for a tour Monica was so nice and she was great with my four children. The process was great and the move in was even better. Whatever was told to my husband and I at the tour was true. The staff there are all AWESOME!!! Best value in the area I had a very "challenging" (to say the least) move up to Delaware from Florida but the APM, Robin, was very accommodating, flexible and understanding. The entire community is quiet, clean, and well-maintained. When compared to the rest of the rental market in the Newark/Bear area, Rockwood is the best value for your money since you can live in a brand new unit for about the same cost as an older community.

really nice place, but........ We have lived here for 3 years since retiring and find the apartment spacious and well laid out, the grounds well kept, the amenities ample, the staff friendly and helpful; we have 2 principal issues with the place; first, the refrigerators supplied are too small particularly for a family or retirees who do not shop every week and need to be able to store more; second is the pool; at Rockwood you are required to purchase guest passes for any guests you bring, at a cost of $10.00 each, and you a... read more

A Place you can call Home! :) We've lived here for a couple of months now and must say its one spacious green community. I love it in here, especially the very own private patio and balcony. I must say that it's the staff that makes Rockwood community special. They are very friendly and courteous and always there to help make living here an experience in itself. Absolutely Love My Apartment I recently rented a bottom floor three bedroom apartment and I have nothing but good things to say about the place. The private entrance gives the feel that its your own little home vs. just another apartment. The rooms are spacious / the eat in kitchen is great and the living room is so spacious with a nice little fire place tucked away in the corner. Awesome Apartments Rockwood Apartments are an awesome place to live, and I highly recommend you to at least consider taking up residence here. The office staff is professional and informed to answer any/all questions you may have. The development is very safe and quiet area. The breakfast bar is a great place to jump start your day. The gym is also a nice place to work out and is very convenient and is opened 24/7. The grounds are beautifully maintained. Overall Rockwood Apartments are a great place to live.
I highly recommend Rockwood! I have lived at Rockwood for 14 years and have thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated living here. The only reason I am leaving is that I am getting married and making a cross country move. The apartments are spacious, quiet and safe and the grounds are beautifully maintained. Rockwood I had put in a maintenance request a few weeks back and a sweet young men i beleave his name was Christopher was so smart and and professional he re-paired my washer and dryer that i had been having trouble with the past 2 years and previous maintenance kept saying no problem was found but this young men dint leave until my appliances we're working like new i couldnt stop thanking him enough for his hard work . i have never seen some one so young work so hard . i hope he doesnt go any where cause i have had seen to ... read more
Lived at Rockwood and coming back. Hi, my husband and I lived in Rockwood For 3 years and we found it to be a nice place to live.l The staff was very helpful and respectful. These apartments have the best layout of any apartments anywhere in Delaware. We have looked everywhere and we keep coming back to saying...Rockwood is the place to go. It is the only apartments we have seen with a separate kitchen, room for my dining room set and living room furniture. The outside was always kept looking nice.
