Rockwood Apartments These apartments are nice and quiet. The management tries and give a sense of community with yard sales and a daily breakfast bar. Has a 24/7 gym and a nice pool with a kiddy pool too. The rent is somewhat high but to me you pay to keep the riff raff out. I sleep good knowing my car is going to be there when I wake up.
Beautiful apartment, well the model anyway I went to visit Rockwood in May. The model I was shown was beautiful. The apartment was spacious and I liked that the clubhouse had a nice and clean fitness center and the pool looked very inviting. Also a perk that they offer their residents a free breakfast. The only reason I have not submitted an application is the price. The price for a 3br was too steep for me. Maybe if the apartments included gas heat/cooking, I would have reconsidered.

Never again The amount of bugs you will experience while living here is crazy, from ants, water bugs to bee’s. This is a common occurrence, I’ve asked multiple neighbors and we’re all having this problem. The staff making It seem like they have never heard of any of the bugs that come in or that you don’t actually see any and try to downplay It as if you just let the bugs in when you open your doors. Terrible apt Terrible place to live. Water problems every other day and then roaches on top of that. If it’s not one problem, It is another.

Terrible Customer Service I was dealing with Rockwood apartments for weeks. We were going back and forth on the information needed. Every time I paid for another application, I was told I needed something else. Ended up paying for 3 applications and was still needed to do other things. My boyfriend was told to terminate his other lease, even though it will be up in a few months. This process was the worst process I have ever experienced. Poor Leasing Consultants Really disappointed with Rockwood. I came into town and toured the apartments in September of this year. I knew I would be moving to the area from Utah (across the country) in December. Monica gave the tour. She asked when I was looking at moving and I told her the first week in January. Staff is Cold & Insensitive Went there today & as expected, "no walk-in" sign. Called & left VM. Rec’d rtrn call. Was denied appt to schedule tour then directed to web for virtual tour. Advised I understood Covid concerns but they can’t expect people to commit without seeing physical unit. Response: “Well actually Covid has been a blessing to us because, we are completely occupied”. Well, that was the end of that for me.
