Bought my wedding band here in 2013. I had an issue with it over 12 years later and was kind of out of luck. Stopped in and talked with Rosemary who went above and beyond what I expected. She was able to help me and send me on my way with a smile!!!! 10 STARS......... Ryan F.

So I went in for a certain type of earings for my boyfriend's birthday. the lady helping me I can't remember her name for the life of me, but she had a white hi-low shirt on with glasses on her head. She called your main office to find out if they have these earrings anywhere else. right before I walked in they lost all power to their computers and something ride but she still went out of her way to call on her cell the head office and get some numbers for different stores to see if they have these earrings. Let's just start this off correctly. I went in to get my ring cleaned as I do from time to time. Amanda Hernandez went above and beyond to make sure to clean my ring very well, but to explain the process and actually took the time to explain why sometimes the ring can get so clogged with dirt that it can cause discomfort. WOW! I would of never thought that a ring not cleaned periodically, could cause discomfort, but guess what? It does! So I am absolutely cleaning this ring on a regular basis for sure. We bought all of our engagement and wedding rings here (4 rings total). We return every 6 months for cleaning and inspection. We have had some repairs done as well. It's been about 16 years now, and the customer service has always been very good. Would recommend.

I ordered a wedding ring that I am very pleased with they have great customer service willing to help me out with any questions give me a 15% discount when they messed up on an engraving Tina in customer service was especially nice I would recommend them.

I recently visited this store to pick out an engagement ring with my fiancé. Neither one of us knew anything about rings. We were welcomed as soon as we walked in and the staff were so friendly. We received assistance from Carol. She was very patient with me while I was picking. She gave us recommendations, great deals and the best quality diamonds. I hate to do this, really, but I feel it's necessary to take this review from a 5 to a 3. My boyfriend and I have been customers at Rogers & Hollands for a couple of years and never had an issue until this past Thursday. I had a necklace that was broke and unfortunately had gotten tangled while sitting at the bottom of a bag for some time. I know this can be a pain for employees and jewelers.
