Great customer service from start to finish. Brought my 16 year old engagement ring in to be repaired and it came back looking brand new! All the employees were professional and so kind. I will be back.
My fiancé and I went in just to look around and see what they had in terms of engagement rings. Sherri came by and assisted us. I couldn't have asked for a better person to work with. She was so patient with us and answered every question we had. We didn't feel pushed or intimidated to make a purchase. In fact, I came back the next day and bought an engagement ring.
