I wish I could give these great people more than 5 stars. Debbie Barrett and Amanda Hernandez were absolutely amazing. I wanted earrings for my wife but I had a very specific and unusual idea and when we couldn't find anything like it they found the pieces that would work. They then helped me to design a custom piece that was made from two separate sets. After we decided on a plan the jeweler thought up another slight change and we went with it. Purchasing jewelry to me is always a hairy situation because its something I'm not really familiar with. The nice women at Rogers & Hollands were excellent. Deborah Barrett made me feel at ease, she knew all about the pieces I was looking at, and several buying options which I like. Someone else mentioned also, when you about to spend thousands you want to feel appreciated. The fine employees at Rogers & Hollands at Chicago Ridge mall accomplished that.

My fiance and I were shopping for wedding bands and decided to browse the selections to see what they had to offer. I must say the customer service was great! A few months ago we went to another jewelry store and the sales person was so disinterested even though we were planning to spend $$$! AN HONEST REVIEW READ I was in there with my fiance recently. We were taken care of by a nice woman named Carol. She was more than accommodating. We were so very happy with our experience there, I have never ever. Written a yelp review and felt compelled to. She took care of Us, gave us a discount, and helped us choose the best wedding rings. Talk about a perfect day. We've been looking for rings online comparing and seeing what style best fits my girlfriend and myself. We've had some ideas and yesterday we just so happened to be in the mall and see a poster outside Rogers & Holland's jewelers. She saw her exact ring right away. My guy and I looked at rings at the Oak Brook location last year. We got sized and looked around. Debbi was working at that location and she was so nice and sweet. Forward to December 2017. My guy found Debbi at this location and customized a ring for me without me knowing. He proposed and my ring was a bit tight (Holiday weight and it's been a year.) Debra was AMAZING! She went above & beyond helping my fiancé & I find the perfect wedding ring & bands! A year ago I fell in love with a ring at another R & H location. My soon to be fiancé and I came here to pick out a ring together and loved every minute of it! Deb mainly helped us, with a little support from Linda. Not only is the ring beautiful, but the saleswomen were accommodating and helpful. We are a young couple with a low budget and Deb told us that everyone no matter their income should get a ring they love. They helped us find the perfect ring, and I couldn't appreciate them more!

I just visited this location to upgrade my wedding band. I could not have been more satisfied. From the moment I walked in everyone was so nice. Amanda the first person I had contact with to the manager. Deb was awesome I explained to her what exactly I was looking for and she helped me find the perfect ring. She listened and was patient and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. My husband and I will definitely be back.
