I love my custom engagement and wedding ring my husband had made there. Most of the time they have decent customer service. I was disappointed one time while waiting for my ring to be repaired the salesperson I talked to on the phone wouldn't take the extra step to check the incoming items and I was leaving to go out of town the next day. Luckily my husband called as well which got them to check and voila, the ring WAS actually in the store.

Purchased a wedding ring on an 18 month interest free promotional deal. Made automatic payments in the amount where the entire balance would be paid off at month 18. Between an outdated payment portal, statements sent to the wrong house, and bad info over phone calls they managed to hide the fact I was being charged $5.99 a month so after month 18 there was a leftover balance in which they charged the full 18 month deferred interest making this a $1500 scam" Tried resolving with credit center multiple times but it's obvious ... read more

After several visits to Zales, Kay Jewelers and Rogers & Holland R & H was the better deal...so I thought. My lovely salesperson was successful in obtaining a 10% discount if I opened a charge account...Sherry the Store Manager negated and obviously this caused me to be a bit vocal. She said I should b in the Xmas spirit. I apologized several times to the staff including Sherry. The staff accepted my apology. Poor customer service been trying to resize my ring for 3 months the person is either not there, has left for the day or is on his way but dont know what time he will be here. Can i make an appointment with him? No its a hit or miss. Are u serious ? This place is a joke shut it down!

Very disappointed in the customer service at this location and the quality of their workmanship. I bought diamond screw back studs for my daughter. On June 1st the post bent and I brought them back into the store for repair. After 3 weeks of waiting I get them back and within two weeks the post and screw back bent. Bent to the point that it tore my daughters ear. I explained to them that at this point, they should be replaced. I have a warranty. WORST WORST EXPERIENCE !! My fiancé purchased my engagement ring in November of 2015 on Roger & Hollands credit line because they had a 0% for 12 months. He proposed in December, I unfortunately didn't love it at first but about two weeks into wearing my ring one of the three main diamonds came loose. Called and spoke to Linda about having a watch band adjusted explained to her that I did not buy the watch there and was looking to have a few links removed so it would fit. I was willing to pay for the service. Linda said ask if I bought the watch there and I said no she asked me to bring the watch in and she would look at it, if she could do it she would do it for free. The WORST experience ever. Went to pay off a layaway for my wedding band with a sale price that they proposed to me a week ago. Had the manager write the remaining sale balance down on my receipt - they gave me a hard time honoring the price. Was told to come back in and get the band sized- when we did - we were told we had to pay an additional $150 for sizing. We were rushed and they had poor customer service. The service is great when you are purchasing, but not for returning costumers. I purchased a watch and needed to replace a band. They are not very nice when your are sending things in. I had them send it in. When it came back I checked the band only, since that was all I sent it in for. Later I looked at the watch and it wasn't working. So I looked closer, the back piece was misplace and assuming battery was not working. So I went back and sent it in again. When I was there again service was horrible.
