My fiancé and I just purchased rings from this jeweler and I have never been so pleased with the customer service we had! Deb and Nathan were absolutely amazing. I didn't have a clue of what kind of engagement ring I had in mind, and they both were the best help! We both walked out of there with the biggest smiles! They honestly were the best!

My fiancé and I were very impressed and pleased with the customer service at Rogers & Holland in Chicago Ridge Mall. My fiancé had purchase my ring at this location and we needed to go back to make a few adjustments to my ring. The initial person we spoke to was very pleasant but was not sure how to handle our issue. Therefore, she referred us to the store manager, Debbie. I had an AWESOME experience with store manager "Debbie". She was very informative and efficient in finding the perfect gift for my grandmother's 89th birthday. I was very frantic in finding that perfect something. She was very warm and kept me calm. I look forward to returning soon!!!

Sherri was absolutely amazing at helping me find and pick out the ring of my future wife's dreams. She taught me the four C's of diamonds in a way ANYONE could understand as well as really heard and understood all of the major questions I had about rings, diamonds and pricing options. I would highly recommend to everyone!

The best experience I've ever had shopping for the perfect engagement ring. (Sherri) The Store Manager is the best & I'm grateful she took care of me by providing me with a one on one store experience & assured me that she would personally make my jeweling experience completely stress free. The staff here is always helpful to us. Sheri has always gone above and beyond for us. Rather it be a new purchase for ourselves or a gift, she always seems to know exactly what we are looking for. My engagement and wedding rings had been purchased from Rogers & Hollands in 1985, we've been customers ever since. They've always stood behind their products, We have never walked away disappointed, always completely satisfied.

I don't ever take the time to do this but I wanted to because I have been taken care of so well by this Rogers & Holland in Chicago Ridge. Everyone there is wonderful but especially Sherri the manager. She really cares about her customers and will go out of her way to make them happy.
