My husband and I received the most patient, I mean-really patient service this past weekend from Hope! She was very knowledgeable about the wedding rings, which is what we were looking for. Our budget wasn't that big (under $5000) yet she made us feel like VIP's. She listened to what we wanted, even though he and I couldn't initailly agree, she was able to bring us together with a beautiful ring. After searching 5 stores for the right engagement ring, I came here and immediately fell for the ring and the service. I'm sure all the customer service representatives are wonderful, but I specifically want to praise Sarah D. She was absolutely wonderful and truly a pleasure to shop with.

We got my engagement ring here. We did a lot of research on warranties before deciding on a store. Although all warranties appeared very similar, the one from this chain offered protection on a non-diamond gemstone as well as not requiring you to come in every six months for an inspection. After a painstakingly long and uneventful experience with Michael Hill, we were skeptical to go elsewhere but we took our business to Rogers and Hollands ....and custom made a BEAUTIFUL engagement ring in less than an hour! Couldn't be happier with my experience. It was the first time my soon to be finance and I had ever shopped for an engagement ring. It was also the first store we went into. The manager Brad was extremely well versed in the language of diamonds and jewelry. (We needed some schooling). WOW! Had a great experience at the Orland Square location. Helped by Laura and introduced to her manager Brad, this dynamic duo made shopping there a pleasure! Also, this jewelry store had the best selection of gemstone jewelry around! Great people, fair prices. Highly recommend!
My husband and I currently live in Germany, but had our wedding ceremony in Chicago and we needed to buy gifts for our bridesmaids and groomsmen the week we flew in. I have been dealing with Brad for about five years and he is a god send! He is very confident about his jewelry knowledge and the more you deal with him, the more you realize it's because he's that good. He has sized and repaired rings for me same day during an emergency(things never break when it's convenient!). They have reasonable prices, and Brad is accurate I giving estimates.
