We had both good and terrible at the same time here. Let me explain... My boyfriend and I were hopping store to store looking at engagement rings. We weren't ready to buy. We were gathering information, paying a lot of attention to the service we were getting. My complaint to corporate that they have done nothing about so far: To Whom it Concerns: Yesterday, called the Rogers and Hollands location and spoke with Claire. She seemed nice and eager to have me come in as she was confident that we could find a deal on the Demetrios engagement ring that I was enquiring about. She told me that they have the setting that I was interested in available in 2 diamond sizes (1.0 and .38 ct). Went on the Thursday before Christmas 2011, I was looking to purchase diamond studs for my daughter and a middle aged woman walks over to me and I told her I was looking to buy diamond studs for my daughter, she pointed behind her and walked away and started helping a young man that mentioned he was looking to buy a ring for his girlfriend. Unfortunately, I was disappointed while visiting this shop with my mom. We had just purchased her gown for my wedding and were eager to find earrings, such a fun purchase. We stood at the display case for at least 15 minutes, and there was a ring my mom was interested in (straying from the original shopping purpose); however, no one approached us.
