I entered the store and told the ladies who were seated behind the counter that I was there for my jewelry inspection. I had an awful experience at this location. First, the person who assisted me needs training in Customer Service. She put her hand on her face and slouched on the counter while I asked her a question. She appeared to be annoyed by my question. Worst experience ever. Purchased a tungsten ring for my husband from them back in June, got an 11.5. It was a little big but figured it would be good enough for now. Brought it in on November 18th to get a different size and was told it would take two weeks. Came back two weeks later to see if it came back yet and was told it takes five weeks.
