I was on the hunt for a simple gemstone pendant necklace for my friend's 30th birthday, with a fairly strict budget in mind. After perusing the cases for a couple of minutes Brad, the store manager, approached us to assist. I have had to send out Jewelry (wedding band) and it was "lost" no apology no nothing just "call your insurance company" This was from the Joliet store. I worked with Brad in Orland Park to purchase a new band and stone. I fell in love with the stone and I could not find it anywhere else. I had to have it sized and believe me I was a nervous wreck sending out, it came back the next day. The stone was crooked and the ring part too thin, so I sent it out again. Visited the Orland Park store on 6/7/13 and was assisted by Brad. I ended up purchasing a Movado and it is stunning. Not only was the selection superb but Brad was charming, helpful and attentive. I would definitely go back to Brad for my jewelry needs.

The location in the Orland Square Mall is staffed with exceptional associates who are willing to invest the time and provide honest, educated input toward purchases that are monumental in one's life. I worked with Bonnie at this location and could not be happier with my purchase, but more importantly - my wife could not be happier!

I absolutely LOVE Brad and Chris at this store.....nothing but top notch customer service and I was truly a panic stricken bride-to-be. They worked with my fiance' and I and helped us buy our dream rings for our story book love. We came to the store many times as we ring shopped and each time they gave us the time and courtesy that we wanted and needed until we finally made the purchases. I can't say enough about the manager of this store. I searched everywhere for a diamond solitaire ring to go with my anniversary band. I could not find anything I liked. When I was helped by this gentleman, it was a completely different story. He steered me to the exact right ring and I love it. Found my engagement ring there, but of course the bad customer service starts after the purchase. Getting my ring was delayed. I never received a call back when checking status or for questions on the warranty/insurance that my fiancé purchased. Customer service was horrible. Some of the people there have a very bad and aggressive attitude. It was hard to get an answer to a simple question, like was my ring cleaned while getting serviced?
