Beyond upset with the customer service from the Joliet location. Almost 4 weeks ago, I brought my ring and wedding band to get cleaned and also purchased a matching band for the other side of my wedding ring. I never received a call so I called the store and was told they would call me back, and again never received a call so I called again the next day. I spoke with someone and they informed me that my original ring and band came back from cleaning but the special order band we ordered WEEKS ago wont be coming because that ... read more
