Brad, the store manager, and his staff were extremely knowledgeable when my husband and I were shopping for a 30th anniversary ring. Their were professional and not whatsoever pushy! Brad took several hours with us on 3 occasions making sure we were happy with what we chose. We would definitely recommend them! Not your typical "Mall" jewelry store!

This review is about Susan Pendzinksi who gave extraordinary guest service to my wife and I! Susan's extreme patience is something rarely seen in retail these days and her knowledge of jewelry is unmatched! She explains everything thoroughly and never rushed through the process. Susan made us feel so welcome. It didn't feel as we were shopping, it felt almost like she's been our friend for years. Thank you again Susan for such exemplary service! You are the best!

We were visiting a friend in the suburbs and decided to check out a nearby jewelry store before we headed back to the city. This review is regarding Brandon sellers. He took care of us right away and got up from what he was doing immediately to help me and my mother. We were looking for a watch. Specifically a Mavado and he let us know about the latest sales and gave us a discount according to the brand. He was very nice, talkative and respectful towards us. To make this short and sweet. I have an old 14k gold rope chain that snapped and the clasp fell off. I brought it in for repair and the sales lady promised me it would look nearly new when I picked it up. Promise was upheld and I got back what I thought was a new chain. I spent 145$ for the repair and got more then what I payed for. Couldn't be more glad.

I went to Rogers & Hollands looking for a specific ring. After going to multiple other locations that tried to push different styles that were out of my price range, I was thankful to finally find a place that listened. Brad took my desires and price range into account immediately and literally within 30 minutes of being in the store, we had found the perfect ring for size, quality, design, and price.
