Second time purchasing my wedding rings here. Tiffany L. assistant manager was very kind and knowledgeable. She helped pick out my new ring which I totally fell in love with, she was never pushy to make a sale instead she cared about what we were only able to spend. And they also bought our previous rings and an additional amount towards my new ring!! Great experience!!

My fiance and I bought our wedding bands today from Rogers and Hollands and had wonderful assistance throughout our visit. I think the man helping us today was the manager? but he was wonderful, very helpful in making decisions and not pushy to any degree. We will be back for any future jewelry purchase! Two other female associates were also very friendly and helpful.

After my Yelp, I did receive two separate calls from managers from R & H, they were very apologetic and clarified the process, that was all I needed to hear, no big deal, I did not need to have been treated like I was at the DMV. They were glad that I informed them of my concern, stating it allows them to assure their employees are professional to their customers. Very impressed that they did follow up.

This review is LONG overdue ! ADVICE: We obviously talked about getting married and we started looking around at rings. Some advice for guys, go ring shopping with her because the real surprise is how your going to propose, which ring you choose from her likes, and when you pop the question. Buying a diamond engagement ring at this store was an exceptionally pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this store and here's why: This store does not try and push you into a sale, they are very relaxed and easy to talk to. For my 70th birthday I received a beautiful necklace and ring from my daughters. It was gorgeous and having it sized was a breeze The girls told me the lady that waited on them couldn't have been more helpful.
