Went in and I was helped pleasantly. I went in looking for 1 Movado watch, but was advised that the watch I saw on Amazon may be a fake since Movado didn't have it on their website. I was pleased that the sales woman took her time time to offer her advice. Everyone was nice in the store. They all made sure I was helped. I chose a beautiful watch and they even knocked the price down some. They cleaned my rings & earrings too. I'd definitely go back there to shop.

I had been searching for the perfect ring for my 40th anniversary and looked everywhere. My fiance and I bought my engagement ring and wedding band, with the help of the manager Brad, the week before we went on vacation. Brad was extremely patient, knowlegible about the diamonds, and didn't push the sale. We were completely satisfied with our purchase. Thanks Brad!

I just recently got engaged. Brad has gone above and beyond all of our expectations. My ring is so beautiful and I cannot stop staring at it. We've been coming to Rogers & Hollands for many years now. Picking out something with my wife to celebrate our anniversary I can say was truly a wonderful experience. My wife was given personal service with different choices on sizes, all different shapes and colors of stones until she picked out what was the perfect ring for her. It makes me an all star because they treated her like the all star she is. Cannot say enough about the caring, attention to detail and putting the customer first.
I had a very positive experience recently with Brad the manager of the store. We had purchased an engagement ring online with a jewelry wholesaler some months ago and when we got it we had a lot of trouble trying to find a complimentary wedding band to go with it. I had the opportunity to visit this location during the holiday season. I was looking for a particular necklace that I was asking my mother for. The sales associate was absolutely amazing! Great attention to my needs. We went from looking for 14ct white gold to Sterling Silver. The associate never lost interest after the many selections I looked at and tried on.
