I brought my bridal set into this establishment to be cleaned and resized. I was told the prongs holding my diamonds needed to be replaced, so I asked them to replace that as well as solder the two rings together. They spent more time PRESSURING my husband and me into getting a new diamond than LISTENING to what I wanted done. I went back a week later and discovered my rings were not soldered together because THEY DIDN'T LISTEN TO WHAT I WANTED! We wasted our time and gas to pick it up for NOTHING! Please read and be aware! My husband got my engagement, wedding, and 1 year anniversary rings at Rogers and Hollands and I swore by them. The people were always very kind at the store and we even went back and bought more. I have an excellent insurance/warranty policy that has allowed me to have my engagement ring fixed 4-6 (not exactly sure how many) times each time that a diamond fell out. I went here to look for a promise ring with my friend for our boyfriends ,we are 21, because they want to do something special for our one year anniversary. Let me start off by saying the lady we had was absolutely awful. She had nothing but negative comments about how promise rings are not important and commented on our age and told us that it is too soon for us to be looking and her eyebrows were ugly. Just for the record I bought some beautiful jewelry from rogers & hollands but this is where the problem starts I applied for the credit card and was told that every time that I choose to use the credit card they will be running my credit not good that puts a mark against your credit report so I will no longer be using the credit card & warn everybody that this is what their practices are & you might want to make a note of it

Go here and ask for Alex Valtierra. He's a wonderful, well manicures and soft spoken associate. He's super helpful and offers great and practical suggestions. He never makes you feel pressured and his smooth and well educated wording makes you really trust him. Let me first say I love my engagement ring and wedding band. They are absolutely beautiful. The service was also great. We also purchased My fiancées wedding band from here. My engagement ring is a little big but because my wedding band is a insert I have to have all the rings sized and put together... I didn't want this done until after the wedding of course because you are not supposed to wear your wedding band before you get married... Makes sense right?? Today I visited numerous jewelry stores in the Joliet mall because my boyfriend bought me a bracelet for Christmas and it was too big for my wrist. I was trying to get estimates from each store to see how much it would cost to take a couple links out.
