RecommendedI had this Post World War2 China First Marine Division ring I needed to be sized and possibly refurbished. They went above and beyond my expectations. They made this ring look almost brand new. I have bought rings to them several times before with very positive results. The pictures prove the before and after of this ring being fixed up. Would highly recommend. They do excellent work.

My experience at Rogers and Hollands could not have been any better. From the moment I walked through the door they treated me like a valued customer. I special ordered both an engagement and wedding ring, each transaction was wonderful. The staff took the time to answer all my naïve questions, and never once did I feel I was being sold to. I instead felt like I was being helped by trusted professionals. I am happy, my fiancée is happy and we will be back to purchase my wedding ring.

First and last purchase from Rogers&Hollands. Terrible customer service at the Mayfair Mall branch. The employees from the store manager all the way to the sales associates are rude, unpolished, untrained, and not qualified to work in a jewelry store with high value items. I had a distressful incident on March 24th,2025. The sales associate (male) could not answer a single question correctly, was constantly corrected by his peers, and did not know the return policy for a specific high-value item (So much for training). Braught my ring in for repair one month ago and it was not fixed properly. The manager refused to correct the issue and wanted to charge me to fix it again.
