We met with Larry during a recent remount event to see if my husband's parents' rings could be made into a suitable ring for Bob (my husband). Larry's attentive listening and design instinct helped us to craft a beautiful and lasting tribute to my husband's parents. The experience here could not have been more different from that of the Kay Jewelers in the same mall! Here, after being welcomed in and asked what we were looking for, we were guided to the particular necklaces that matched the requirements and shown several examples in a few different types of metals, thicknesses and sizes. I wish the salesman had a name tag on so I could name check him here. When I have needs for jewelry in the future, I will definitely stop back here again.

Michael did a great job showing my future fiancé and I many different engagement ring choices and helped us to pick out the perfect set! He and Larry (his manager) saved us lots of money and wrapped everything up in a very smooth manner for us. Overall it was a great experience.

My experience at Rogers and Hollands could not have been any better. From the moment I walked through the door they treated me like a valued customer. I special ordered both an engagement and wedding ring, each transaction was wonderful. The staff took the time to answer all my naïve questions, and never once did I feel I was being sold to. I instead felt like I was being helped by trusted professionals. I am happy, my fiancée is happy and we will be back to purchase my wedding ring.

The manager and sales staff here are phenomenal. We needed a rush on something for the wedding because my fiancé wanted something smaller than what I bought initially (lucky me), they got the ring sized and fitted to the engagement ring in just a few days. Super friendly and they offer a military/law enforcement/first responder discount which saved us 10%. Can't emphasize how friendly they were. Both sales staff I worked with and the manager were awesome. I will be back to purchase from them for our anniversary.

The customer service at this location provided by Paul and Kambria was outstanding! The first time I stopped in with Zero intention to purchase was just to check my ring size. Paul asked me if I wanted him to clean my rings while I was there. He also took a moment to look at the diamond and prongs under the microscope to make sure that the setting was secure.
