I arrived at the Mayfair Mall location. I met with Lisa who was very knowledgeable with her job. Lisa actually listened to what I was looking for in my engagement ring. I love my jewelry from Rogers & Holland but anytime I need a repair, it’s an absolute nightmare getting my items back. Consistently poor communication and much longer wait times than expected. I brought my wedding ring in for repair on January 2nd and was told it would be 4-6 weeks. It’s now been 2 months and still no update on when I can expect my ring to be returned.
