I am currently waiting to hear back from their so called customer service person regarding my family ring that was purchased by my husband for me in December of 2018. I received the ring on December 31, 2018. Less than a week later, two of the stones fell out and I had to return the ring to the store to be repaired. Such a sad situation....found wedding bands i loved....poor sales that wasnt completely honest and very poor customer service...maybe if they just would have been nice and tried to fix my problem i wouldnt have returned both rings...so upset i opened a credit card and dinged my credit for a bad experience...i will continue to buy my diamonds from kesslers....great people and great customer service!!

Purchased our custom design engagement ring with great service. However, A custom band was to be made to match. YIKES. It looked nothing like the sketch from the designer..not even close. Down right ugly! SO obviously we didn't pay for it. We found a band at another store that was similar to the custom design for way cheaper. The sales people at the Green Bay store, especially the man who was working 3/5/18 at 11:37a.m. who forgot about me on hold for 15 minutes, finally realized he forgot me and apologized very snotty like.
I have worked over 10 years in retail and never have I ever experienced this level of disrespect and inconsideration in my life! Dorina Jahja (Wauwatosa store manager) made my engagement a terrible experience. It's crazy to think that Rogers & Hollands Jewelers (Wauwatosa, WI) would have this person represent their brand, their promise, and their level of customer service. Today I dropped by at this location to purchase a ring. The customer service was very bad, and I ended up going to the a competitor (Jared) for better customer service. I'm so upset. My boyfriend bought me a $976 ring from the store and we waited for over a week for it to get sized up. When we got to bring back it was missing a diamond which I didn't notice until I got home. After waiting so long to get the ring I can't believe I have to send it back again to get this fixed. I can't imagine what this would've been like if I didn't get the lifetime insurance on the ring. Where is the integrity? This ring should've been flawless right out of the store.

The ring that I received was lovely, but the experience I went through to get it was not up to par. I went in with my fiancé and we were both ready to purchase rings. I picked out a ring that I really liked (the one I eventually ended up purchasing) and part way through looking for things, the salesperson, I believe her name was Lisa, put that ring back in the case. This should be ZERO stars! My husband bought me a beautiful opal ring form them a few years back for my birthday, good thing he also purchased the lifetime warranty as well. I know opals are a very sensitive stone so I do not wear it in extreme cold and I ALWAYS take it of before washing my hands or showering. Since I have had the ring the stone has fallen out more times than I can even count, one of the diamonds has fallen out, and when they re-sized it for me they did not solder it all the way and it split in half. After years of spending thousands of dollars, I am so disappointed with the people that work there. We took in my wife's beautiful ring monthly for cleaning, each month it was different. Nothing wrong, two diamonds loose, 4 diamonds loose, nothing wrong, always different. Then the rude ( lady) says you should get a new setting. REALLY! . So we have the jeweler check it out, he wants to rebuild it. For $450. Was supposed to check out a burr on it. Seems like a scam to get more money.
