Good service. Friendly staff. Just started my search for a wedding ring, they were informative and helped educate me on their selection. Still shopping around but have them in mind.
I am a little surprised to see all the negative reviews for this store. I recently purchased an engagement ring and really enjoyed working with them! I make very little money at my job and had a very limited budget for the ring. One of the sales people was a little pushy with me initially. I went into this store one day to have my wife's ring cleaned. The individuals there were pleasant and actually checked the ring for loose stones and cleaned it in a solution machine. When they returned the ring back to me they asked me if my wife and I have ever thought about resetting the diamond into a new setting. I love my jewelry from Rogers & Holland but anytime I need a repair, it's an absolute nightmare getting my items back. Consistently poor communication and much longer wait times than expected. I brought my wedding ring in for repair on January 2nd and was told it would be 4-6 weeks. It's now been 2 months and still no update on when I can expect my ring to be returned. I purchased a $75 necklace at Christmas and the clasp broke. $150 to repair. Told me I should have purchased the extended warranty. What?? What a joke. Will never purchase anything here again. Will also share with family and friends that this store doesn't stand behind what it sells.

So to start , I typically don't do reviews. I don't feel like it is worth my time as my time is extremely valuable . I do word of mouth if you treat us with respect and honesty. This place gave us a decent experience the first time. We went in to only look at engagement rings. I set my eyes on one and I got told that it was the last remaining one in the company and that if it sells there's no more like it . The sales associate Grace is extremely rude!! Twice she has made remarks to me speaking on something she doesnt know true facts about. Back when I bought my wedding band she made the comment to me "well that one is no longer available so we need to move on, get over it and pick something else". My husband took my gold twisted bracelet to this Rogers and Holland's to get fix ( this is where he bought the bracelet from). Anyway we waited two weeks to get it back. Now I got it back the damn bracelet is to big. They added extra links this totally ruin my bracelet. (SMH) I will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS STORE AGAIN!!

I love the ring I got and for the most part the customer service was good. Except for one lady. The obnoxious blonde that has been there for a cpl years now. She is extremely pushy and rude. If I see her working I dont even go in to make my payment on my husband's ring. Ive had numerous encounters with her and every single one was unpleasant.
