I have been in a constant battle with these yoohoos since I received my engagement ring in January of last year. I have had diamonds fall out of my ring 3x since then. My husband and I bought our wedding set at Rogers and Hollands. We spent a pretty penny on them too which was close to $9000 and like the other reviews we also fell for the lifetime guarantee. The first time I needed the ring serviced we replaced one of the surrounding pink diamonds and because of that they had to send my ring to the corporate office. UPDATE: Rogers & Holland drops two stars. It would be great if they actually took buyer feedback or listened to customer complaints. It is a shame I purchased my wife's engagement ring and wedding band here (meaning we have to take it back anytime any work or cleaning needs to be done) -- and fell for the "Lifetime Replacement Plan" schtick.
