We just bought a 2019 Chrysler Pacifica. Rubber floor. Driver side transfer seat. Power lock-down in the floor. Rollx assigns you a salesperson, so you are working with the same person every time, which eliminates communication problems. Ryan was personable and understood where we were coming from. Right from the “get go”, it was a great experience. Ryan, who was the sales person was knowledgeable, courteous and down to earth. The van was in perfect shape when it arrived.
I was very pleased with working with Peter, felt he was very sincere in helping me meet my needs and to have the van delivered to my home and take my trade-in was hassle free. I couldn't be more pleased with my new van, feel like I have a brand new car, the interior even smells like a new car. Steve was very pleasant to work with in signing all the paper work .
