The people who we deal with were great to deal with. Very knowlegable and very kind and considerate. We ended up getting a much newer and nicer van than we had thought was possible. We dealt with Peter and he always was quick to get back to us if we had questions and was very helpful. The service technicians were also very easy and good to deal with. I definitely would recommend Rollx Vans to anyone looking for a handicap van and if the need comes up for another one for us, I for sure would go back to Rollx.
Steve Strain really went to bat for me. He got me the best trade-in value, interest rate and van for my money. I would definitely recommend Rollx Vans two others and purchase from them again.
Yes will buy again, good customer service with salesman, Rocky. It was great to have the technician drive the van to our home and install the easy lock tie down to get the correct location for the power chair.

It was a new experience for me. Not being able to physically see and touch the the vehicle required a certain level of trust of the dealer that isn’t normally necessary but it turned out fine
Excellent service for sale person to service dept. I have purchased my 6th. vehicle from Rollx. They will solve any problem you may have with your purchase. Very help in dealing with the Veterans Adminstration also.
I had a warrenty problem with my 2019 Pacifica, I decided to trade instead of waiting to get it repaired. I called Dan on Thursday 7/23/20 & Tommy delivered my new Voyager on Saturday 8/1/20, I consider that great turnaround time & great service!!
Great service throughout the process! Matt, Jim and Ethan were all very helpful! Matt was always available to answer my questions and upon arrival with the van, Ethan was very courteous, patient and informative!
