Easy transaction and great customer service! Nice used full-sized van brought to our home. No problems!
Service and delivery excellent. Purchase process slow with a total lack of communication. Paper work transfer between sales, finance, and delivery was at times inaccurate. Down payment, 1000 discount info not reflected etc.

Everything was done well in everything needed to get our daughter new transportation. The sales, reception, financial people and everyone responding quickly to our attempts to communicate.
The nice people that brought my van were wonderful, not only nice, but they explained how my Van runs, worked , I learn things that I didn’t even know. The man and women that came were Very respectful, informative, I hope in the future they will be the ones to bring the next new van. Please forgive me I for got their names. They are a good team.
I purchased a van from Tony, He helped me at every turn to complete our transaction. They shipped my van from Savage to Conroe Texas by way of Denton Texas, where Justin took over and delivered it. Justin was great as well, processed the paper work and went over the use of the lift, electric doors and so forth. All in all, a top notch purchase. Way to go Rollx Vans. I will highly recommend This company if you need a van.
Rollx is awesome...the first day out my husband accidentally ran into the door with his wheelchair and the door would not close....called Rollx and they told us how to fix it over the phone. This is our 2nd van ... they have transported both vans to Arizona ... would not go elsewhere.
Ron delivered my van in California. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciate Ron's help in delivery and explaining the details of the car and the handicap modifications.
