I looked at houses for a couple years, toured with quite a few realtors. What made Billy different is that he stuck around through the whole process for me. Even when I gave up for half a year and texted him out of the blue, he was there. When we toured houses, he let me take things in at my speed on my own time. When it came time to make offers, he quite literally went to bat for me more than once by finding solutions and understanding the reality of my situation. He's a fantastic realtor.
