Joe was a huge help to us for finding our first home. Joe was patient with us and knew what offer we needed to be able to secure the home. Joe is a very hard worker who always responds no matter the day or time. He is very passionate about his work and really cares about doing what’s best for his clients. I looked at houses for a couple years, toured with quite a few realtors. What made Billy different is that he stuck around through the whole process for me. Even when I gave up for half a year and texted him out of the blue, he was there. When we toured houses, he let me take things in at my speed on my own time. When it came time to make offers, he quite literally went to bat for me more than once by finding solutions and understanding the reality of my situation. He's a fantastic realtor.

Going into buying a house for the first time I was clueless on so much. Coming into contact with this gentlemen was an absolute God send, super patient, lots of knowledge, and honestly always available. Has jokes to ease the tension and really makes you feel important. I highly recommend Guss if you’re looking for a home or for whatever else he can do, which I hear is a lot!

Guss did a wonderful job taking care of our family. He was able to find us our forever home. He answered every time I called and had answers for every question we had.
