Billy was an amazing realtor. He was friendly personable. When my lender need information and documents for closing he was on top of it. Either he had already taken care of it or had it turned quickly. His communication was amazing. I will be referring him to my friends and family as they are looking for homes to purchase and when I’m ready for my next home I will be reaching out to him.

Let me just say that without Billy’s dedication and hard work my house wouldn’t have sold. I live out of state and hired Billy to help me sell my property. Between the eviction process and repairs that needed to be made, It was a Tall task. Billy helped me every step of the way and made me feel at ease.
