Ali was punctual and very good at keeping us updated on the process of buying the house. He was able to help us by showing us different homes and also by being responsive in a short time manner to questions we had.
Let me begin by saying this, the Market right now is INSANE that being said Ali Fawaz came through for me on many levels. He listed my home at a fair market price and it had multiple offers on day 1, on his recommendation we held for day 3 and I received the highest offer which was 27k over asking, AND it appraised at the sale price! Ali was great during this process in helping us find our first house. He was very patient and knowledgeable about each area we searched in. The market is absolutely crazy right now but Ali made sure he found us a house and there was never any pressure to go outside of our comfort zone and budget.
