Super Bowl Sunday was a complete disaster for Rosatis on Power Road. I ordered online at 3:07 PM with Rosatis online order tracking stating an estimated pick up time between 3:40-3:50PM. I checked the online tracking at 3:42 PM and it showed my order was 'Ready for Pickup'. I drove over to see a line outside the door. The kid at the counter was completely incompetent. He could not even finish one task without being distracted with something else. People were pissed off. I finally got to the front and showed him my or... read more

stop changing your recipes. first you changed the wing recipe. luckily you went back. now you ruined your pizza by changing the cheese. we bragged to family and friends last night and ordered three 18" pizzas. we have been buying Rosatis for years and I looked at the pizza and knew there was a problem. my son even asked was this even Rosatis pizza. It was so bad, only one person got seconds and now we are stuck we over one bad pizza in the fridge. I thought about throwing it because it was so bad. please go back to you... read more

We ordered online and the order was made and paid for with PayPal then we were notified that the order was done through GrubHub. A message was sent to me from GrubHub that they cancelled the order. Then I called to see what happened. We re-ordered and it has taken over an hour from the re-order. Unfortunately our order was messed up. We ordered 2 large pizzas one meat lover and one sausage, mushroom and green pepper. But we got 2 pizzas that were the same. The pizza was delicious!

Didn't get a chance to even rate the food because it never showed up! Placed an order through GrubHub. Said it would be here at 6:50. Didn't show. At 7:15 I finally called the store and the manager said "we aren't doing GrubHub orders tonight because our iPad is at 20% charged"..... WHAT?! The guy then offered to make my order if I would pay them directly instead of going through GrubHub. Uhhhh, I already paid GrubHub! Had to sit on the phone with GrubHub to process the return, and figure out something else for dinner. If yo... read more

Normally have good pizza! We ordered the 14 inch with bread sticks and well not to happy tonight! Ordered with pepperoni sausage and bacon and it barely had any meat on it and the bread sticks came with no parmigian cheese on it! Disappointing
