4/26 7:30 pm. Ordered a pizza. At 8:10 the order tracker shows it was delivered. Oh but NO pizza. I called and the girl who answered says.. well they are on deliveries but they have to go back to the store so they can just go home after.. SO I say... well then it's not delivered. She responds oh well that's just how our computers work. No.. it's not. I've been ordering pizza from there for 15+ years. What the hell has happened to good customer service. I will be ordering from another pizza place from now on. So. It sho... read more

Have been ordering from Rosatis for years and grew up in Illinois with the original franchises. The power and qc one hasn't been very good for a year or so unfortunately the last time is the last for me. Always get the 16" thin crust well done. The last few times it's had barely any sauce or cheese on it and it's always Luke warm if not cold. This time almost no sauce and almost no cheese and they have definitely gotten cheap on the ingredients you can tell it's not the same and when a frozen pizza tastes better than a $38 o... read more

Ordered my pizza at 12:30 and didn't get it till 2. By the time I got the pizza it was cold. For the price of this place you would expect better / faster delivery so you could at least enjoy the food fresh. Sorely disappointed.

Super Bowl Sunday was a complete disaster for Rosatis on Power Road. I ordered online at 3:07 PM with Rosatis online order tracking stating an estimated pick up time between 3:40-3:50PM. I checked the online tracking at 3:42 PM and it showed my order was 'Ready for Pickup'. I drove over to see a line outside the door. The kid at the counter was completely incompetent. He could not even finish one task without being distracted with something else. People were pissed off. I finally got to the front and showed him my or... read more
