Not sure what kind of pizza sauce they put on top of the deep dish pizza, but it tastes like nasty pizza sauce out of the grocery store. Other chains that have deep dish pizza with the sauce on top is really good, this place....yuck! And let's just talk about the lack of meat. Pizza showed up on time. I paid thru Yelp/grubhub. Driver claims he needs payment. Meanwhile while he waits 1/2 hour for manager from Roastis to get on the line I pull up my online banking. There it is black and white my C card has been charged and paid. Finally the manager gets on the line. ( by this time I'm already digging into our food). Manager argues with me that it's not paid for and wants food back. Lol Also, my charge which was paid online was $54.00, the bill delivered with Pizza was $45.00 and I ordered boneles... read more

we ordered a pan pizza and garlic bread. the garlic bread was good, but the pizza wasn't very good at all. the toppings were good, but the crust is terrible. the pan pizza crust was thick and great towards the outside but *super* thin as you moved to the center.

I absolutely love Rosati's but the location near me Gilbert/Queen Creek is horrible. Bad customer service, food very disappointing. We've tried to give this location a chance and have over the past 12 years but have been let down every time. They've either messed up the order entirely or it's just downright inedible. People I know speak so highly of the Rosati's brand but this location is disgusting. Cookers finger nails were so dirty and he did not take my instructions and order for my veggie pizza well- he gave me the total opposite of what I ordered. I talked myself into eating a small slice the pizza, telling myself that the heat from the oven killed the germs but if you are a visual eater do not go to this sloppy place.
