People I know speak so highly of the Rosati's brand but this location is disgusting. Cookers finger nails were so dirty and he did not take my instructions and order for my veggie pizza well- he gave me the total opposite of what I ordered. I talked myself into eating a small slice the pizza, telling myself that the heat from the oven killed the germs but if you are a visual eater do not go to this sloppy place.

They sent me raw pizza and I definitely didn't ask for a square cut. It's completely doughy, tastes like dough, is soggy, it was mostly raw onions for toppings, cheese was unmelted, tastes like it's undercooked.

Went online to make the order. At check out it stated the pizza would be ready by 1:00pm. I called at 1:15pm saying I'll be there soon. They stated my pizza had been ready for 45 minutes already. What?! Won't be ordering from them again.

I watched the chef make my sandwich wearing his mask under his chin! A total disregard for a customers health and safety during this horrible pandemic. I will never visit Rosati's again. They did refund my money.
