My friend and I were so disappointed with the service we experienced today at lunch. Not only did we wait for OVER AN HOUR for our food (evidently our server didn’t send our order after we gave it to him), but the manager refused to even give us a discount, let alone free meals. Food was a bit overpriced but for its location would’ve been expected if it weren’t for the bland tasting food.the mahi tacos were nothing more than a piece of fish in a shell with some coleslaw on the side and the salmon risotto was flavorless
I ordered medium rare steak and got cold well done meat. No seasoning. I would have sent the meal back but no one came to check on us. After requesting the salad first, the salad and steak came at the same time. No seasoning on the potatoes or broccoli either. Beautiful location, but food wasn’t good.
When we ate there we had a coupon for $s off an entree. They didn’t/ wouldn’t honer it. It was current, and supposedly the manager was going to get it taken care of by sending out a new one. Why? What we presented was not expired. Have never been back.
