My friend and I were so disappointed with the service we experienced today at lunch. Not only did we wait for OVER AN HOUR for our food (evidently our server didn’t send our order after we gave it to him), but the manager refused to even give us a discount, let alone free meals. My friend even called after we left and the manager was just rude and hung up on her! Food was a bit overpriced but for its location would’ve been expected if it weren’t for the bland tasting food.the mahi tacos were nothing more than a piece of fish in a shell with some coleslaw on the side and the salmon risotto was flavorless
I ordered medium rare steak and got cold well done meat. No seasoning. I would have sent the meal back but no one came to check on us. After requesting the salad first, the salad and steak came at the same time. No seasoning on the potatoes or broccoli either. Beautiful location, but food wasn’t good.
When we ate there we had a coupon for $s off an entree. They didn’t/ wouldn’t honer it. It was current, and supposedly the manager was going to get it taken care of by sending out a new one. Why? What we presented was not expired. Have never been back.

Usually my first choice for the atmosphere & great food. The kitchen was slow, “new cooks”, but I was compensated for the long wait. Someone needs to clean up the little beach area-ducks swimming in the trash!
Food is great , coffee was like water. View is superb
