RecommendedAfter we purchased our home in October, we had no idea that we would experience a disaster when I was time to open the pool. The previous company that closed the pool didn’t drain the pump and it froze and cracked. When Royal Pools came they were so helpful and fixed it right away. When the water was tested, there was too much acid in the water from a chemical that was used previously. Again Royal came to my rescue and got me back on track. Thank you for your time and patience. We will be swimming this weekend.
I have called Royal many times with many questions about everything from pools to Spas. VERY knowledgeable. They even help me out with advice for pools that are not in there service area. Very nice staff and plenty of product in house. I know a few other places I have called have not helped me because "I Was not in there system". I don't want to be. I would rather deal with a friendly Local business.
Royal staff is super-friendly & considerate!! I look forward to each knowledgeable conversation with them for both my pool's opening & closing every year!! Kudos, Royal Pools & Spas for being the good guys out there!
I've been in the construction/garbage business for over 26 years and have delt with many construction crews. Royal pool and spas are the best I've delt with. From start to finish it was a brezz. Kevin and Beth where amazing throughout the whole process of taking down the old pool unexpectedly to purchasing a new one.The crew they sent was top notch.
