We had them redo our gunite pool and they did a very poor job. The finish was rough and the tiles falling off. I would go elsewhere. They never came back to redo.

This place is the worst for customer service, rude people starting with Debi and going to a worst guy called JP. Bought a $8.000 spa from them and tried to get the weekly maintenance done only to be left hanging by this horrible and unprofessional company. Service was schedule for a date and nobody showed up. I bought a spa from them in 2002. Loved the Sundance spa. 2.5 years ago we had a pump fixed and did not fill it again till this passed September. I called them in to fix the tub, in October because it was leaking, they told me I had freeze damage and I asked them to fix it. They showed up charhed me 150.00 and told me they needed a second crew to lift the tub to its side. Ok next visit was about 300.00 because of the two crews. Number 1 reason why I don’t recommend your company? One of your drivers hit my vehicle and left the scene of an accident. A picture of the license plate was taken and shared with local police, there was also a witness. You can be sure this is not over.
I reached out to Royal Pools to schedule a closing of my in-ground pool as a new customer. I was asked to give my credit card information and pay in advance prior to showing up and performing their service. When I told them I would be happy to pay at the time of service once it is completed to my satisfaction I was told by Kevin that is not their policy everyone must pay in advance if I did not want to do that to find another company. Hello Mr Presutti, You are correct that our policy is we take payment up front for all service related issues. We have Hundreds of customers that use us for their service needs and have no problem complying with our payment upfront policy. If something was not completed as agreed upon with the service after the fact then we will take care of it. We have been in business 60 years and in order to have that longevity we do back our services. If you would like us to assist you for any service needs please let us know.
Horrible price gouging! I have a Hayward Pool heater. Royal is the authorized servicer in the area. Hayward provided a free replacement part and told me it should cost @ $150 in labor. Royal said because I was not a current customer of theirs the labor cost would be $560...for approx 2 hours of work!!! You should be ashamed. You will NEVER get a penny of my business
Nice employee you got Royal Pools. Not only did the jerk come flying into the Chase Bank (on Rt. 211 by ShopRite) at 1:03 in the afternoon, but parked cockeyed over 2 handicap spots cause he was in such a rush to do his banking. When I pulled up to take a picture the younger employee waiting in the truck jumped out right away,apologized and moved the truck. Shame on you Royal Pools employee...shame shame shame!!!! Too bad I can't post the picture here, but i did post on my wall...and people are commenting and sharing.
