CAVEAT EMPTOR!! Please be careful. Once they're done, INSPECT EVERYTHING they do. They will not accept responsibility for anything once they leave. So it's basically up to you to hire someone else to reinspect their work. Go figure. They charge $170+ to come and check out any of their own work after they leave. Personally I feel what's to stop them from sabotaging their own work just so you have to call them back and they make $170+ more from you calling back. We did investigate the issue here and found that there was a problem with the pool that had nothing to do with the opening of the pool from 2 months ago. It is unfortunate that issues arise during the season, but we can't fix everything that goes wrong with a pool for free. If we are responsible, we fix the problem. That is not the case here. worst service ever. they installed the pool, hooked up the filter. the pipes are leaking. came twice to fix it and it's still leaking. what the hell, and then they had the nerve to give me a $168 bill. oh yeah, Beth wanted a video of the leak to see if it could be resolved so they would have to come here. so, if you have a leaky pipe and call your plumber, does he ask you for a video...I don't think so.....a pack of thieves...beware no one ever calls you back. they took my money real fast for the pool, but don't ask t... read more

My family and I had a Horrible experience at the Newburgh location . They sold me chemicals I did not need. Went back to return the 2 items the next day and the store manager was very mean and would not take them back . Beware of this place . Also in my opinion they are up selling their Phosphate chemicals. They are 60$ for a quart and they said I needed 3 for a total of 180$ . When the girl cashier was ringing me up the store manager had to chime in and say " the phosphates are very bad this year ". I found it very Strange ... read more

DO NOT use Royal Pools! The maintenance service is inconsistent, adds chemicals to your pool that aren’t needed and left with out a proper cleaning done multiple times over this season. The service department wouldn’t field my complaint, never returned a call or email on the issue after multiple emails and calls. I was a long standing customer until this summer!!

This is the horrible job they did on my pool! It’s ruined 

Business response:

In 2015, we were hired to replace a plumbing line and did that work as specifically contracted to do. We installed the small patch of concrete over the area where the plumbing was replaced. 4 years later, we see this review and immediately called and emailed to set up a meeting to review the issue in order to resolve. We have never had any correspondence from the O'Schleys. We have tried again today to contact them so we can resolve.
