Royal Swimming Pools was a great parrtner to work with in constructing my own pool. For such a complex undertaking, right in the middle of a part ssupply shortage (most of 2021), Royal Pools, and ******* in particular, were fantastic partners in both making sure I had the right equipment, giving timely advice when needed, providing tips in order to make the job easier and in general being a source to rely on. In such a complex, and lets face it, expensive engagement, problems are guaranteed to arise that are stress inducing, despite everyone's best intentions. In these situations, Royal stepped up, owned what they needed to, and just made things right as fast as they possibly could. This is all you can ask, and they met these expectations. I have referred others to Royal, and will continue to do so in the future. For further context setting, I built a 12X20 rectangle in-ground pool with full width stairs and an automatic cover, so their advice touched a lot of areas! Thanks Royal!

We needed to replace our above ground pool due to age. We found a neat set up of above ground with integral steps during the winter of 2021 on the Internet. We wanted delivery by May 1 to allow adequate removal and reconstruction, to include modifying existing deck surround. Most suppliers quoted ten to twenty-four weeks for delivery. Due to COVID impacts to the supply chain, none were willing to commit to a firmer lead time.When we contacted Royal Swimming Pools, as an authorized distributer, they advised they expected a shipment within a week. Skeptical based on all other suppliers, we were not sure what to think. We placed an order with Royal Swimming Pools. Two pallets arrived in our driveway less than ten days later.*****, our sales rep, promised in our first conversation in working up the initial sales quote that Royal would never leave us unattended. He and Scott were extremely helpful, patiently answering any and all our questions during the installation.Several weeks later, during installation, we discovered an unfortunate manufacturing defect in the steps. Scott from Royal worked with us fir our choice if either a whole replacement stairs or repairs under warranty with the manufacturer. He helped to resolve this issue to our full satisfaction. Royal Swimming Pools pricing was better than other quotes we received. Their staff is knowledgable, experienced, helpful and patient. They even had a staff member follow up once the shipment was made to assure delivery was made and confirm the piece counts (number of boxes and items on the pallets). On top of everything else, their pricing quotes included freight costs for delivery.
