Experience was ok..I talk with three people one of them needs work on customer service..I.thought my part I needed had a three year warranty per pool company but William informed me only a year. He did however give me a courtesy discount..which I appreciate..warranty issues need to be better clarified..still had to pay on a part we had just used one and a half summers.

I just passed final inspection on my Royal Pools in-ground kit.
