Purchased pool during peak of supply chain issues. It was a bumpy road but Royal was excellent with their service and transparency. Excellent service with knowledgeable representatives, they provided ideas/suggestions throughout the process. I’m a tough critic and I’m sure their glad to be finished with my project too.

After a week of freezing weather, pool supplies were in short supply in Texas, and around the country. I found a replacement for my Pentair 420 cartridge filter with Royal Swimming Pools and they shipped it from Memphis. Sadly, it arrived with a manufacturer's defect in the housing. We ordered an above ground pool on 2-22-2021 . We are so pleased with the customer service they have all provided . They answered emails and questions instantly . We just received our tracking number . Fast shipment . We can not wait to enjoy this pool ! 5 stars on all the help .

We ordered our pool in the spring and unfortunately, it did get delayed due to COVID 19. However, the company was wonderful about keeping us updated through the process and even made a couple upgrades to our order, due to the wait. The pool was relatively easy to assemble. We were able to do the install ourselves and the quality is fantastic.

Huge shoutout to Christopher Sartain in sales for his exceptional communication skills! I ordered my liner back in late May but the COVID came and put many businesses in a rough situation, including Royal Swimming Pools! I received emails that my order would be delayed and they have the notice on their website. I ordered this liner for my daughters wedding as we are having a poolside wedding at our house due to all the limits and guidelines in place. UPDATED REVIEW As a consumer, I/we feel as if sometimes things should move fast and there is always something that should have been done better. I wrote a bad review on Royal Pools because of the liner that turned out to be another company’s fault. I would like to say that once Royal was able to process what the accrual cause was with the liner they reacted and resolved the issue. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to make the purchase of a DIY or even having someone else install. You will not find another supp... read more
