The sales person that i placed my orfer with was great. The only bad experince was with shipping. I ordered pool step face plate which is about 8ft long. When they were shipped they were rolled up in a 18×18 box,in which they were bent out of shape and couldn't get them flate. Thankfuly and i mean that,it just so happen to be an office here. I spoke with one of the salesmen,he had me to bring it in. He exchanged them and that made my buying expirence a whole lot better and i will shop with you again.

So far the quality of the products are good. I couldn’t give it 5 stars for the following reasons. 1. Need to coordinate the shipping and manifested better with the customer. I had no idea how many boxes I should have been receiving and everything came at different times by different shippers. 2. Had small damage to one of the items and they where replaced, however, there was no communication about it. It took over 2 weeks from the time I called to the time I received the email for instructions about documenting the damage... read more
