We ordered a liner to install ourselves in our Inground pool. The service we received was amazing! I had lots of questions about how to measure to shipping timeframe and they were all answered promptly and every associate I spoke to was so friendly and knowledgeable! The sales person that i placed my orfer with was great. The only bad experince was with shipping. I ordered pool step face plate which is about 8ft long. When they were shipped they were rolled up in a 18×18 box,in which they were bent out of shape and couldn't get them flate. Thankfuly and i mean that,it just so happen to be an office here. I spoke with one of the salesmen,he had me to bring it in. He exchanged them and that made my buying expirence a whole lot better and i will shop with you again.

My experience was great! My questions while shopping were answered quickly. Ordering was easy, I needed to make a change after the purchase and that was quickly addressed. All my inquires were responded to. Some of my items were damaged during shipping and they handled it very well. I highly recommend purchasing from RSP. They also had the best prices!
