I haven't placed the cover on the pool yet so I really cant say how it will perform
The product was damaged. And Royal Swimming Pools could not help me with it.
Bought online without talking to anyone. Hope delivery goes well.
Very disappointed in my liner experience.
Received wrong instructions with the slide and some missing hardware. Slow response to email to customer service to fix issues.
I made sure to mention to the company that we had a private road on a mountain that required a regular size truck for delivery. The day of the delivery, the driver tells us he doesn't want to make the delivery because his truck is too big. I had to call back and forth the delivery company to try to arrange something and lost half of my day of work dealing this situation. Royal swimming pools and the delivery company are both saying they are not responsible. I did not like to deal with unresponsible companies...
