Awesome website with a ton of helpful information! Was a bit disappointed in the lack of information warning that the gorilla floor liner has to be "modified" in order to work with pools with a deep end. Had I known this, I would not have purchased this item. To return it requires the buyer (me) to pay for the shipping back, plus a restocking charge.
Easy to order online, however, I never received a return answer/quote when I "saved basket/get quote". Took a chance and ordered anyway. After reading all the great reviews, I'm looking forward to a great pool!
Shipped me someone else's product. I had to return it and wait another week to get my product.
Damaged parts on first shipment and replacement shipment then the wrong replacement part shipped. It is now July 22nd and we still do not have our pool up due to damaged parts.However your customer service was very easy to deal with, just wished my parts would of came all at the same time, undamaged.

I could not find a description of the product to confirm I was ordering the proper replacement. Also, many negative reviews of this company online makes me nervous to order but I want to give you a chance.
