The rails were damaged in shipping. I made them work instead of returning them.
The shopping experience was fairly good. In all fairness, ours was a complicated order. There was some difficulty being able to reach customer service and get call backs at times and there is room for improvement in that area. Overall the shopping experience was fairly good, not excellent but we got what we ordered and the quality and price of the product seems fair so far. Overall, I would recommend this company.
Called left messages no return call wanting more information, received quote through e-mail, okay with the email but would had been good to talk to someone.

Debit card declined but no reason given.
The reason for this was due to 2 reasons. 1. I set up an account. Put my order in the cart and every time I came back to the order, it was never there. I have downloaded my info 6 times since Saturday. A bit infuriating. 2. in 3 of those reloading events, I attempted to put in my payment with VISA. Everytime it was denied. We visited the Royal Showroom after looking at their saltwater pools online. Scott was very helpful in answering questions and helping us decide on our package. We are very pleased with our new pool! We have worked hard on the area surrounding the pool, and the local building code inspector was quite impressed with how nice everything looks. Thanks, Royal Swimming Pools!
