I saved my order but every time I signed in my cart was empty. Would be nice if cart had been saved, I had to start over.
Took a very long time to get a quote back after being promised a 1-day turn around.
Company should communicate with customers if there are delays or other issues. I called 5 or 6 times and spoke with Royal, they were very good and gave me the information that I needed but they could have avoided me calling by following my order and notifying me of issues. Received my pool 10 days after I ordered it, when I called to order they stated that the pool normally ships within 2 days of order, this was not the case....I repeatedly stated that I needed to confirm shipping information in order to schedule the ground ... read more
Experience was ok until I received a pool pump that was damaged at the factory during manufacturing. Not the fault of Royal Swimming Pools, but, I do not feel I should have to pay for return shipping or crazy restocking fees since this came damaged. The box it was shipped in has no visible signs of damage. Plus this 3 days later and haven't heard a word from Royal yet...not very good customer relations.
