Ordered 3 hoses. Only received 1. Had to recontact the company. From original order to receiving took a long time. I thought the prices were very high, but it was the only place I was given to order the parts from.

Everything seemed to be in order to figure out the size cover we needed and your company had a 16x34 pool listed where many others did not.
I wish it would show there is going to be a handling charge prior to the last pay screen. I look at sites that have free shipping and handling. This was a little deceiving having it pop up right at the end.
They got back with a quote and decided to make a change and it took it and so placed order.
